As the six sigma black belts
and black belt master of the Motorola mobile communication system, he had been responsible
for the execution of the core organization, the six sigma of the global supplying
chain, which included staff training, project option and coaching. And in so doing,
the introduction of new products has been propelled and business procedures have
been improved
through the cooperation with departments of procurement, logistics, manufacturing,
and quality and R&D projects and with Motorola branches across the globe.
At the same time, he had been in charge of the training and execution of six sigma
evaluation and coaching of Motorola suppliers. And such practical working experience enriched him in the cross-departments and cross-cultural operation skills in terms
of supplying chain management. Mr. Han had been honored as one of the best black
belt leaders of Motorola.
During being employed by Ford
and Cummins successively, he has devoted to the implementation of six sigma management
of Mainland
China
supplying chain by providing consult-guided services including staff training, project
option and the implementation coaching. In 2001, based on these work, he preliminarily
formed the Integrated Operation Management System which has been perfected in his
following consulting service. And, recently Mr. Han has applied
for the Integrated Operation Management issue as the
National Natural Science Foundation key support project. The issue will fill the
blank of business administration of the national natural science, which means that
Mr. Han shall be in full possession of the IPR of the system.

Ford Project:
Benchmark Toyota
Automobiles the global best practice; Through the robust design and re-construction
in the processes of quality, production and logistics to optimize the structure
and management of the Ford China¡¯s supplying chain:
1. Establish
and improve a systemic suppliers management system, a structured procedure, E2E,
SOP, templates and KPI;
2. Based on
the standardized and regularized procedure system to facilitate the enhancement
of production efficiency;
3. Training
of six sigma and project coaching of more than 40 suppliers of Ford.
Cummins Project:
through the robust design and re-construction in the processes of quality, collaborative
product development, flexible production and storage, logistics flow to optimize
the supplying chain structure and management system of Cummins Engine.
Providing advisory services
for improvements in terms of quality, technology, logistics, finances, customers,
and procurement for Siemens, the Great Wall machinery, the China COSCO Group, the
Blue Star Group, KOCO Group, Xinyi Company, Wing Chong Technology, Schneider Electric, Loncin
Group, and other enterprises.
