He once received systematic statistics technology training with the duration more than half a year in Japanese Science and Technology Alliance, the most authoritative educational institution of statistics process control in the world, helped and directed many enterprises to carry out statistics process control and owned profound theoretical attainment and rich practical experience. He is one of the people in China who researched and spread process management, 6sigma, Capability Maturity Module for Process (SW-CMM), Quality Function Development (QFD), performance management, excellent performance module (Bridge Award and European Quality Prize), profound knowledge system of Dai Ming and benchmarking management. He knows well 6sigma, process management, performance management and quality management. He once directed several hundred organizations in China to carry out performance improvement activities, such as FAW Group, ZTE Communications, Intel, Huawei, Konka Group and other industrial enterprises.
